COOKING SUGGESTION:
Defrost thoroughly overnight in the refrigerator.
To cook, place the marinated chicken tocino in a pan and cook over medium heat, no need to add water or oil. Cook until the chicken is well done and marinade is almost dry. Add a bit of cooking oil and continue to cook on low heat, stirring regularly until slightly caramelized.
Serve with egg, garlic rice, sliced cucumber and tomato!
